Cram Fluid Power has installed several lubrication stations in Australian mining operations, streamlining routine maintenance procedures.
The modules have been designed to make the technician’s role easier, by combining different lubrication tank- or drum- dispensing units into one station. The stations can also house water, coolant, and air supply hose reels.
Each hose reel is clearly labelled and every tank or drum has its own supply pump, lessening the risk of contamination and spillage.
Cram Fluid Power’s Jason Picen consulted with lubrication handling equipment specialist Macnaught, in the design of the lubrication stations to ensure input from the end users had been incorporated into the design.
Cram Fluid Power was founded in 1994 as the hydraulic and pneumatic arm of the Cram Group.
